Return Policy:

 

Benchmark Cycle honors all of its vendors satisfaction guaranteed policies and warranties. Where applicable, the vendor satisfaction guarantee policy is 30 days from date of purchase. Daytona Dash warranty is three years from date of purchase. LA CHOCK has a one-year warranty from date of purchase.  Please ask us for details on warranties and guarantees on the product lines that we carry. 

There is a 10% restocking/processing fee for all returns.  All returns must be in resalable condition, in original packaging and must include a copy of the original sales receipt.  All returns must be authorized by Benchmark Cycle and reference our Return Authorization (RA) number.

Some special orders are non-refundable and this will be stated during the purchase process.
